You can return items within 14 days after receiving the package.
Parts must be new, unused and in the original box with Emex label on it.
Send package safely, using trackable shipping method, and, if possible, insure the package. Return delivery paid by customer.
If you receive a damaged parts or package was lost, please email us email@example.com immediately so we can fix the problem.
In case of damage, attach clear pictures of damaged parts and original box with Emex label on it.
All returns are processed within 3 business days from the day they arrive at our warehouse. During busy periods, processing times can be up to 7 business days. As soon as we process your return, we will immediately submit a refund request to our bank and send you a confirmation email.
The timing of crediting funds to your account depends on the policy of the institution that issued your credit card.
